At Brezo, we focus on supplying the freshest California meats and produce. For the best flavor, we strive to make everything in-house and from the best quality natural ingredients. Our masa is freshly and locally made, non-GMO. We make all our own pastries in house. We use sustainably farmed fish and organic produce whenever possible. Our seasonal menus reflect whatever is best in the market. Several of our menu offerings are vegetarian, and we can provide vegan and gluten-free meals if you let your server know when you order.
